For applications that act as media players (such as MightyV), Smart Serve Labs does not provide any media content. Users are entirely responsible for the content they choose to stream or play using our software. We do not endorse or support the streaming of copyrighted materials without proper authorization.
Our applications are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Smart Serve Labs makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
In no event shall Smart Serve Labs be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our applications, even if Smart Serve Labs or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
